| Same with volume 1, hardly adds anything new. Only thing that makes it worth buyinh is that is simplifies the complex story of Banner of Stars and so if you had difficulties grasping the plot this will lighten things a lot. But it doesnt offer the same enjoyment as the anime does.
The design is mediocre and makes the characters childish.The character interaction lacks compared to the anime. But since it follows the novel more closely than the anime you could give it a look.
