| call me a sap, but contrary to some, I REALLY liked this anime... however I do tend to like poor animes like DearS or Angel Sanctuary with crappy charachters like Crest of the Stars so sue me! o.0

| Pia Carrot, is your basic love story between work colleages. We can see the changings in the relationship, between the two main characters. Things are not either too slow or too fast to happen, so it-s not boring or confusing.
The characters are all funny, but a bit annoying at times (well, characters from a romantic story... need I to say more?). There-s also almost no character developement.
I didn-t like the opening theme much, can-t really remember the ending theme. :p The voices suit the characters, so they seem ok to me.
What can one expect from this anime? Just a romantic story, everyday ocurrences, loads of characters, that look all the same for the most part, and good, although bright, animation.

| Let me get one thing straight:
This anime originated from hentai, but there is no hentai/ecchi in this anime. It is actually very very good. Though for some reason, in every episode, there are characters from Di Gi Charat. Maybe broccoli made this anime. But the characters could at least be original, & not rely on the strenght on other anime to boost it. Its a love story where two people meet & work at Pia Carrot(restaurant). Both of them same in nature, & it makes fun story.
For 6 episodes, you could finish wathing it straight away( I did that), though the first two eps were boring. The ending was ok, & expected. Brings a sense of completion

| Wow ich bin überrascht. Nach dem Debakel das die Hentai-Version von Pia Carrot war habe ich nicht unbedingt viel von diesem OVA erwartet, doch mir haben diese 6 Episoden unheimlich gut gefallen. Man muss zwar ganz klar sagen das man hier nichts Originelles oder Noch-nie-dagewesenens vorgesetzt bekommt und sich ein Klischee ans nächste reiht. Junge trifft Mädel, beide können sich zuerst nicht austehen, am Ende sindse dann doch zusammen und gut is. Hinzu kommt das dieser Junge von einem ganzen Harem an hübschen Mädchen umgeben ist blah blah blah... Aber ich gebs ja zu, ich steh nun mal auf diese Art von Anime und Pia Carrot 2DX hat mich hin und wieder sogar an Love Hina erinnert und gab mir stellenweise dasselbe Gefühl das ich beim Anschauen von LH hatte. Ich kann dieses OVA jedem empfehlen dem auch Love Hina gefallen hat und denjenigen die von Haus aus eine Schwäche für diese Art von Anime haben.

| Wow, another sappy title I was watching along with Onegai Twins ^^;; As you can see by the scores I gave it, It really doesn't excel in any area other than 'What the hell is Dejiko doing here?' (But I figured digi CARROT, pia CARROT so...)
The animation looks old, sfx are old, normal slow, forgetable ending, catchy opening etc...But it put an enjoyable twist on every cliche, so I wanted to see every episode!! But what I want to know is what happened to Koutarou and Kagurazawa...Arrg, I gotta see the movie so bad...
On another note the opening sequence gives away Kagurazawa's gender. She was a hot guy...>_<...

| The story was just plain and too predictable, you didn't even have to seen the last ep. to know the ending here. Anyway it was a nice change for a Pia Carrot to become JUST a romance series and not that stupid hentai stuff, althogh you will be more cleared if you watch other series(Pia Carrot 1&2).

| This is an interesting story. I've never seen the other Pia Carrots and had no idea that this was based off of a hentai (but there is no hentai like the serie's two predecessors). It was decent. An old story obviously and not too surprising. I found that the developed relationship was quite unrealistic as normal relationships do not develop like that but that does seem to be how all Japanese believe relationships do develop. I can't really recommend this, yet at the same time I will not not recommend this. Try it out yourself. If you liked Love Hina, you'll probably like this. Pretty much the same except less humor.

| I think this is a great series. You have to love the individual characters, particularly Kouji (I *love* the voice acting for that guy!)
The animation quality is pretty good too. It's an amazingly strong story and series for only six episodes. It felt like I'd seen at least a dozen by the time I was done watching.
Definitely see it!

| Pia Carrot 2 DX, in spite of the odd-sounding name that came from the dating sim game it's based on, is a really good romantic comedy. The six episode length was long enough to get you to identify with and get to know the characters, but not so long that you start asking "when the hell will they just get together" like with Love Hina. The animation is OK, the character designs kawaii, the cast is likeable, and the interactions between the characters are really funny. Overall, just a cute, enjoyable show with a solid ending.
