| Not worth it. Really. I loved the game ('Sin'), mostly because of the story it was about and the myth 'behind' it. But, honestly, this anime sucks. Full stop.
The game offered a nice, somehow original, settings, cool characters, an endearing plot, and some crazy action. The anime takes all of that, washes it down (a lot), and fucks it over and over. The environment is scarcely introduced, those cool characters have become grotesque, the good plot is nowhere to be seen, and action is poor.
Believe me, this sucks so bad, that when it was over (after 60 minutes only or so, luckily) I actually did regret having watched it. Even CGI animation sucks, and that's really hard to achieve. What's decent is this anime, thus being 'outstanding' when compared to everything else, is voice acting.

| Everything from the protagonist’s name (Blade) to the name of certain organizations (HARDCORPS-I hope that isn’t a pun- and SinTEK), and to the laughably inane plot screams that this movie is going to be bloody awful. Its only saving grace is the sixty-minute length and the fact that it is so bad you can’t help but laugh at it. In any case, the only sin is that such an anime actually exists. Who dared to make this crap anyway?

| Ok, I saw this a while back, and I remember refering to it as the worst anime ever conceived. Animation and sound were all average, standard, I mean guns shooting, people talking and running around killing stuff. There is no story to this show at all. Rather, this movie, no story period. There's this guy, who like doesn't like this other guy, so he takes that other guys girlfriend or something? And then the one guy has to kill everything in the kidnappers building and fight to the top... i mean... I couldn't pick up any plot. I could have just pulled that out of my ass. Never watching it again, ever. Didn't like it at all, I wanted to break the damn rental and pay blockbuster to buy something else instead.
Silly youth, watching things simply cause they have the tag anime on them, not even considering it might be a piece of garbage.

| This movie is based on a game by the same name that I've never played and supposedly was produced (dub and script) in America and animated in Japan. I'm far from being a fan of hasty medium conversions, and considering the fact that I had yet to see a good game-to-movie conversion (although FF10 was worth it from the technical side of things), it'd be easy to admit that I hadn't expected much from this anime to begin with, and still, I managed to be disappointed. This is your basic no-plot, badly executed action anime. For my life of it, I don't find any redeeming factor in this anime. With all the other reviews floating here, I don't think you need me to warn you, but I just had to write this review set the bottom of my score scale.

| Futuristic genetic action thriller. As an action, it is good, because it is really dynamic, vivid and has a lot of monsters. ^_^ As an anime it is bad, because it has no interesting characters, it has no deep meaning, just kill'em'all type of scenario. You can try it, especially if you like violence and blood, but don't expect more than a plain second-class action.

| You have commited a sin if you have watched this. Burn your eyes out! NOW! Yeah definitely not worth watching. When I watched sin, I watched the ADV films release (jap w/ subs). Eather ADV majorly screwed with it, or the series was just bad in the first place. Subtitles would appear when no one was talking, and then someone would answer to the soundless words. I Almost mistook Sin for a horror film!

| A quite over all good Anime with alot of... violence. The wird thing is that even though I saw it a few days ago, I don't remember much of it. And I was sober when I watched it! I remember that It was quite enjoyable, and, well, was worth watching. But not much more then that. It's not bad - It just isn't that good.

| Being a fan of the computer game this anime is based on, I expected to enjoy this. Sadly I was mistaken. While the story is passable, the animation is rock bottom. From cheap Photoshop lens flares, to bad digital panning, Sin has it all. When you're not being blasted by the fluctuating animation styles and bad digital effects, there is always the horrible pacing to keep you company. Flat and completely unexciting action sequences punctuated by random disembowelments is the norm. So where does the half star come from? Props for the only enjoyable sequence in the show, about 2 seconds of shower fanservice staring JC Denton. Avoid if at all possible.

| Well, this Anime at least has the correct title: it is a SIN to the Anime Universe. Poor story, unoriginal plot, and if you must see this movie, DON'T, for the love of God, DON'T see the Dubbed version. The voice action makes my ears bleed.
This was just crap Anime, but what should I expect, I got it from BlockBuster. Everytime I rent some Anime from BlockBuster, it is Crap.
The only thing that is good about the Anime is the animation itself, but I couldn't condone watching this.

| OK first off this came out in 2002 with the technology out now and how crappy the quality of the dvd and anime was i was a bit disapointed.. parts of i are grainy and just look odd... Decent sound not great but decent..
Parts of the anime made me think they got some ideas rom T2 at least the regeneration and one scene with the arm (you seen t2 you will know what im saying)Good characters 2 hot chicks ^_^.
Hmmm dunno about watching it agian maybe in 4 years when i dont remember anything lol... But its definitly worth one watch...
If it had better animation i would of enjoyed it alot more! If the dvd didnt have the sub feature and i had to watched it dubbed and ruined form the cappy english dubbing then i never would of watched it DUBBING SUCKS it ruins the story leaves holes and so on..
The sub job of this dvd wasnt..
Ahh so watch it once maybe rent it or download it ...

| First off, let me say that I'm not at all the type of person who gives an anime that I liked a 10 in every category, or a show that I hated a 1 in every category just for the sake of giving it a really high/low overall score. Every horrible rating this movie got from me, it earned in spades.
I mean, goddamn, does this movie suck. Let me break down the ways.
