| Overall I think it was a really good manga. Although it was really short (3 volumes) it was very interesting. The artwork was really good, and the story was funny too :D Keeps your attention the whole while.
I'm not sure how the manga compares to the anime, since I haven't really got a chance to watch the anime yet...
The character interaction was good. Most of the characters were pretty well sketched out, the villains were interesting too. The thing that amused me most were the wierd situations they managed to get themselves into (specially Ed)
Overall I'd say it's worth the read :D

| Cowboy bebop the manga is visually great, drawing, lines, details etc. It has original drawing style and so on..
Story of the manga is mainly same as in the anime, bebops crew are bounty hunters. And that's probably it, since the manga is only 3 volumes long. You can't really create that big storyline on so short serie, but still it doesn't get boring 'cause .
Characters are prob. the best thing in the manga, they are interesting and so on. Everyone on the cowboy bebop support each other as character, there are: weird nerd ED, cool "hero" Spike, hot chick Faye and sweet macho Jet-black.
I really enjoy reading this manga. It's quite sad that it's only 3 volumes long, but I don't complain since all those 3 are worth it. Allso there are cowboy bebop: shooting star (what I also own :P) which is done by different persons, and It's 2 volumes long so it's kinda like extra.
I really value my cowboy bebop manga and it's one of my fav. manga. I could read it again soon, since it's so good :D. Translation quality is good, or at least I think so, I have the one that's published by"Tokyopop"' (trans. in English).
