| Auch Canary hat die typischen Probleme die so gut wie alle OVAs haben die nur aus einer einzigen Episode bestehen: Keine Zeit für Charakterentwicklung und zu wenig Spielraum für eine interessante Story. Diese OVA ist von vorne bis hinten komplett zum vergessen und bietet nichts was auch nur im entferntesten sonderlich aus der Reihe tanzt und es somit rechtfertigt sich diese Episode anzuschauen. Das einzig positive sind die Songs die während der Episode im Hintergrund zu hören sind, nicht unbedingt High-Class Ohrwürmer aber ganz nett. Dafür sind die Animationen schwach und stellen nicht mal annährend OVA-Qualität dar. Ach ja: Dafür das dieser Anime auf einem Dating-Sim (bzw: H-Game) basiert gibt es komischerweise gar keine Anzeichen von Romantik und außer 2 klitzekleinen Pantyshots auch keinen Fanservice für die Liebhaber der Games. Wie gesagt: Canary ist eine OVA die man ruhigen Gewissens an sich vorbei rauschen lassen kann, hier gibt es absolut nichts zu sehen.

| Canary has its ups and its many downs. It's a short ova so you cannot grasp anything whether is character development, or a good story. Too much characters were introduced and compressed into one episode, it did feel a bit rushed.

| This had a lot of potential, but with only 1 episode tried cramming way too much in both plot and characters. If this story was done as a movie, or a short 3 episode series, it could have been so much better. I did like the characters and the wacky humor for what they were, and after watching it immediately wanted to see more - so that has to say something.

| A short anime that tried to do too much in 25mins. No character development happened in the story, I wasnt even able to grasp most of the characters names during this time. It seems to me that most of the story took place while the characters rode their bikes. All in all, not a very enjoyable experience.

| In my opinion this ova is pretty much okay. The story wasn't really origional but it was really nice to watch Canary.

| Review -- Animation is alright; character design was'nt good at all....besides that the songs were the only thing that was ok. The story is lame, bunch of student who want to perform the Canary song at a stage, and they are basically after some director or someone, who can let them perform there; aside from that, a girl is in love with some other guy and wants him to sing along with her group... not really great.. now is it? ofcourse not... it had nothing special. But if u wanna waste some time and listen to some song, check it out... but its not worth it, its boring .
