| Graffiti is basically a 30 minute series summary of Cyber Formula TV, but narrated by, and including commentary from the cast (not the seiyuu, but the characters themselves). They go over all the major events in the story and all the fine details of the races. The hind-sight point of view lets the characters reflect and comment on the things that have happened which adds some fine points to the story and characters, but nothing major. Needless to say, you dont want to watch this before CF TV.
