| Po prawie 11 latach od slayers try wkońcu doczekaliśmy się kolejnej serii. Seria trochę niedopracowana, ale i tak jest super.
ps. Ending jest zarąbisty. Opening ciut słabszy. Naszczęscie głosy podkładają nadal te same osoby, bo w końcu Lina bez Megumi to już nie to samo.

| ‘Slayers’ is one of those classic animation series, which just about everyone has heard of. The series first started off as light novels, and has now spawned multiple animated series, manga adaptations, OVA's and movies.
Slayers Revolution is the forth animated series in the Slayers franchise. Slayers Revolution is being aired in two parts the first part which consists of 13 episodes has already been aired. (The second part is scheduled to air early next year.)
If you're familiar with the Slayers franchise the series won't cover any new ground. Almost all of your favourite characters re-appear, and you'll find all of the usual jokes regarding food, party members’ intellectual impairments, and excessive violence.
In essence, the above point covers both Slayers Revolution's strength and it weakness. The series is a chance to relive some of the fun of the older series, but all to often it becomes stale and repetitive.
The storyline itself has some interesting moments, but is all too often inconsistent. Annoyingly, it seems the writers decided they needed to make Lina the centre piece of every single plot advancement which really lags pacing.
I would say the middle 5-6 episodes are the best part of the series. Episode 12 and 13 are pretty average but I'm reluctant to criticise them as series hasn't really finished so they couldn't really act as ending episodes.
On the plus side the animation style and colouring is a treat. It really does a good job of freshening up the characters looks. It also good fun seeing the classic Slayers magic spells spiced up with 2008 animation.
Ultimately I'd recommend this series to fans of the Slayer's series. If you're new to the series try the original Slayers and Slayers Try first as they are much stronger offerings.

After ten years of waiting its finally here a new season of slayers! but was it worth the wait? In my opinion probably not.
This whole anime is basically the creators saying "Hey lets do everything we were never able to do in the old series and do it now!"
Story doesn't make sense, all characters have no roll except for lina, hell they should just change the name to "The Lina Inverse show"
While the graphics and sound is much better what was taken out was everything that made the old ones funny and fun to watch.
