Ok, bear in mind that I've only seen 1 episode. AnimeNfo doesn't even have a description of this anime yet, so I'll toss one up here as well as my opinion based on the extremely limited knowledge I have after seeing 1 ep.

An illegal Gantz-like battle royale conducted in strict secrecy, the Bus(pronounced Biz, like business) Game is a mortal contest where gamers are selected by various corporations to compete three-on-three. Unlike Gantz, the characters are responsible for their own weapons, and they're still alive, and they're in the battle by choice, and (so far) they don't fight crazy-ass-laser-beam-wielding aliens. Just other teams of 3 humans, and they don't have any power-suits, oh, and it is much less gory and gritty.

The teams are divided into "HOME" and "AWAY". The "HOME" team is given a disk containing their corporation's secret files to protect while the "AWAY" team attempts to steal the disk. The "AWAY" team wins if they are able to steal the disk within the given time limit where the "HOME" team wins if they are able to keep their disk safe.

The game information and details are distributed to the gamers via mini-disk with their team's name on it. The businesses participating in the Bus Game wager large amounts of money on each game, watching the action from a distance.

In exchange for putting their lives at stake, the gamers stand to gain large amounts of money, through their contracts and through winning each match of the Bus Game. It starts out at a 10K Yen reward, and gradually increases to 1 Billion Yen at the high-end, each match worth successively more money.

Three complete strangers, Mishiba Toki (the cool, judo-trained character that you're supposed to like), Nakajyo Nobuto (the 'scary' dark character who for some reason inherits a hospital and who has a hot girlfriend...) and Saitou Kazuo (the lame-ass 17yr old character with a personality like Vash the Stampede but who has no Cool-Vash side, and who apparently is from some kind of convent) get selected and become team "No Name", which coincidentally is the name of the first episode.

Each of the three want the maximum reward, so they work together to achieve victory.
