| There doesn't seem to be many deep reviews on this anime up here, so Im gonna try to do my best to give ya'all the best idea I can of what this anime really is.
The story is pretty simple yet I really haven't seen it before: guy meets naked girl, naked girl (now clothed) stalks him, naked-now-clothed girl's parents move into guy's house and turn it into a themepark-esque place.
Now, aside from that, its pretty much a very predictable yet unpredictable show. One of the reasons for this is that the show pulls for about the first half of it a bunch of somewhat standalone episodes. The difference between these and, oh i dunno, Sailor Moon, is that the characters in this anime keep it fresh. The girl, Noelle,Yuusuke, and her family keep the anime fresh enough that it never gets boring or repetitive. It is also really high energy(think Excel Saga if it was a story and not a parody)
About halfway through, though, the show gets a lot more grounded and the story of the girl wanting to be a angel (yea, the name really does have a meaning)and how hard it actually it is. Overall, its a very fun show and, again, highly underrated since you will hardly find this on anyone's favorite list, but that doesn't mean it doesn't deserve at least a viewing.
Now, aside from the actual meat of hte anime, I should talk about the other parts of it and why i graded why i did.
The animation in the show is bright and really colorful and, yes, thats pretty much how the show is. However, its not exactly up to par as the other animes were that were made that same year. However, its still good.
The sound is probably the weakest part of the show. The opening is quite fun and sets the mood for the anime, but the actual music in the show isn't anything to write home about. Its there, it does its job, but it never enhances the show at all. Not to mention that the ending(maybe its just me) is really annoying and not really taht good.
The story (i think i already went over this) is good and really picks up around halfway through. The show keeps up the momentum and has a great finale that really fits the mood of the show. However, the ending ignored a certain character that I was hoping would be given more closure than they were actually given. There were also one or two episodes in the original 13 that really weren't all that good, but don't let that really put you down.
The characters are the true reason why this anime is great. Each one has his/her own quirks and are all fun to watch interract with each other. Whether its blood-sucking, cat-allergic Gabriel or Volleyball-witch Mama, they are all fun and really stand through the entire show and really make it why its so much fun. However, there is the slight flaw that you will want to beat Noelle dead in the first few episodes, but it gets to a point that you just get used to it and its really not that big of a problem.
Overall, I would recommend that if you can find this show to see it. Its underrated, and not well known, but heck, if you went out of your way to read this entire review, then im sure you have enough time to spend 25 minutes to watch the first episode. Have fun!

| I don't know about this anime, I really did have high expectations but I was pretty disappointed. I know this is a 1999 anime, but the colors were very dull and annoyed me. I guess that contributed to me lowering the animation. To tell you the truth this anime was quite boring to me. Some episodes were good, some bad.
The music sucked terribly, and there wasn't background music when there should have been. Also, I'm confused on why the story is rated so high? Demon girl wants to be an angel. The characters were pretty good, not the personalities but the designs.
Overall this anime gets a C+. It's an average, okay anime. I'm not sure if I would recomend it or not, find out for yourself.

| This is a really bizarre and wonderful anime. Even though you might think it's annoying when Noelle yells Yuuuuuske about hundred times the first episodes she's still a very good charachter. It's extremly fun and weird, but when it's gets sort of seriuos in the end with an actual story it's still works out really nice. I had a great time watching this and I think it's a shame it's not that well known since it's my favorite anime of it's kind i must say.

| I saw the first episode in 2000, and loved it i wanted to see more, only until last week did i actually get the entire series subtitled since the animators didnt bring out more than 1-2 DVDs that took forever for each one.
i liked the series a lot till it got to episode 13. out of nowhere everyone drastically changes, and 3 new characters without explaination pop up in episode 14, and thru the rest till 26 they never are explained. I really didn't like how silky changed so much, and they never explained that either.
i'll give this a fairly high rating because the animation, music and overall story is good. very original storyline, but with HUGE lack of explainations it can leave you wondering whether or not you want to consider finishing the series.

| At first it isn't that interesting (although not at all bad), but it really grows towards the end. REALLY. Like most anime it gets darker and more serious later.

| A very enjoyable anime, with addictive characters. It's got a hint to yaoi, but who will notice that? It's cute, sweet and still got something more to say, some meaning. Besides that, the music always cheers me up.

| A surprisingly great anime! From the first episode I liked it because it's so funny and unabashedly weird, but I feared it would be one of those shallow, formulaic stories with flat characters that would become stale after a while, but gratefully this was not the case.

| i am giving this series a slightly higher score than it actually deserves because i loved it. the series falls apart after episode 9, but because i loved the first couple episodes SO much, i stuck with it till the end. i have a major love/hate thing for this show.
one day yousuke sees some girls panties hanging from a tree, he goes to grab them, accidently falling onto noelle who is lying on the the ground naked. his lips touch hers when he falls on top of her, so she then decides that she's going to spend the rest of her life with him, and become his angel. she moves herself and her bizarre family (think the munsters) into his house. wackiness ensues.
what did i love about this show? the animation is gorgeous, especially during the first half. character designs are some of the best around. the music is AMAZING. the story is cute. the characters who ARE developed, are interesting.
what upset me? the fact that almost the entire staff changed halfway through the show. to my understanding the show wasn't doing well, so bandai decided to have a bunch of other people improve on it(?) well i don't think they improved on it at all, as a matter of fact i think they made it WORSE! most of the characters disappeared after the first half. silky, who had the potential of being an AMAZING character was ruined! that really pissed me off.
overall i have trouble recommending this show even though i liked it(?) if you like cute anime, give it a watch, but most likely you will become angry with it.

| While it started out great, Tenshi Ni Narumon fell apart about half way through the season. Though my love for some of the characters managed to carry me through to the end, by the time the final 2 episodes rolled around I really didn't care what happened. My main complaint was the fact that just about every single side plot in the story went uncompleted with many plot points simply vanishing into thin air. For light fun Tenshi Ni Narumon is good, but I would enjoyed it more if story had been more solid.

| hehe, this anime gets the award for being insanely underappreciated, insanely kawaii and just plain old insane. I have no idea where the japanese got it from, it's like some bizarre combination between kodocha, furi kuri, Utena and god-knows-what else(and crack, don't forget the crack!). If the first two episodes don't make you curl up into a little ball and whimper, you can probably handle the rest of the series ^_^, well, unless you enjoy that sort of thing of course ^^. This is a wonderfully unique anime, it seems like complete and utter tweezy-fluff until you get a little ways into the series, then things get intriging ^^v.
The second half of the series is PARTICULARLY good, things get a bit more serious, and the eva/utenaness start showing through.

how can you say the series FALLS after episode 9!?!??!
that's exactly the place where the real plot, which is totally blasting btw, starts to apear.
story gets a full 10 and more, so great!
this anime could've been better - though it is still very good, it might've been excellent.
it's too bad the series isn't more serious or has a more serious atmosphere cause that's what a great angst story like that deserves.
the fillers of the first arc were genius, brilliant. the fillers of the second were a typical anime fillers.
when it all comes out in the US i'll buy it.

| Tenshi ni Narumon is a really sugary anime. Noelle has to be one of the cutest anime gals you'll ever encounter. The anime isn't one of my personally favorites but it's a good title to watch if you need a break from other depressing, dark series. It'll definately brighten your day.

| A show that is so original that you'll want to watch it again. That's what I thought after I watch around half of it. The plot line has many original ideas and twists that you can't wait to see what happens. The animation is beautiful and fluid and the backgrounds are perfect for the setting. This show just takes you by surprise that you'll like it, if you like the genre that is.

| A very fun anime, and if fun isn't your style, stick around for the lsat ten episodes or so. It's crazy and psycho and will appeal to any fans of the "I like my main characters gone crazy" genre :)
