| Not many comedies show character growth, but throughout both seasons you'll be witnessed to some actual progress when it comes to this anime. The endings are sappy and humor filled, but each episode tells a lesson about human relationships, life and even love itself. Super Gals! is like a roller coaster, full of ups and downs, but in the end you'll return home safely.

| this NEEDS to be in the top 200.
Okay you look at this picture and it looks like a mediocre anime just aimed girls/children/tenns you know it looks something like totally spies but this show is like a million times better than any cartoons they aim at girls made in the USA.
Highly recommended if you like comedy or shoujo.
this anime keeps it interesting.

| When you first watch Super Gals! It's hard to believe that the main character, Kotubuki Ran could be so different than what she seemed. And what she seemed to be was an ill-mannered spoiled girl who had a millions of boys crushing on her. It turns out that she's a strong individual who sets things straight with other people's lives. She's a true friend and right off in the first episode she kicks some total ass when some guy thinks he can get away with abusing his girlfriend. It's a much watch for girls.

| At first glance, it is easy to assume that Super Gals is the typical chick anime--well it kinda is, but it's got some great virtues that make it a fun watch, regardless of the viewer.
In the first version of this review I described it as having a 'GTO-ish vibe and being themed with gang warfare'. I mainly said that for the comedic value, but I had a point with it.
The main character is Ran Kotubuki, her character is pretty much parallel with Eikichi Onizuka from GTO. She has a lot of faults (including a huge ego) but everyone loves her anyway. This is so because she sort of 'protects' Shibuya. Shibuya is like her 'turf' and when people she doesn't like invades her space, she pretty much puts them in place in one way or another.
This and the little quirks that sort of accompany those themes prevent it form beign a strictly girl anime. However, it's got some romance and love accompanying it.
That's the great thing about SuperGals! It's so unique in it's genre bending and conformity to a variety of audiences.
The characters are different, lovable and it's easy to get attached to them; while it may not have that much of a running plot, its individual episode basis is more than good enough to make up for it.

| Super Gals is a pretty unique slice of life comedy that takes us through the life of a group of cogal friends who will do anything to hold up their rules and protect shibuya. Gals is 100% style over substance as there's no real backbone to the story. Each episode is a new adventure or problem for Ran and her friend that gets resolved by the end, although through the resolution of the problems deliver alot of positive messages to the audience. Super Gals is fun, smart, and sexy. Very enjoyable.
P.S. Never mess with Kotobuki Ran. That's an iron-clad rule for Gals!

| well, its a nice anime and projects some of the side of the girls. when i first saw the anime, i thought.. "whoah! the animation is cool!" well, that's what i thought.. though the animation is not quite good, i like thet're closing song...

| I personally love this series. I love the characters, the style, the stories and just about everything else about this.
This is definetly a style over substance show, but the style is awesome and there is still plenty of substance there. By no means is this an incredibly deep series, but more of a light hearted, fun to watch show that doesn'r expect you to take it too seriously.
Though i can see that its not something everyone can enjoy, if after seeing a promo for it, you think you might enjoy, i would say there is about a 99% chance that you will. If on the other hand the promo doesn't interest you at all then it is probably best skipped over.

| I really had no idea wat i was getting when i bought this. I had just heard the opening theme: Aitsu. It was SO good that i just had to buy the show! Well, the animation is very different than anything i've seen, very manga-ish.
the characters are great! They are well developed, and all have great personalities. Its also very energetic and cool ^^ Every episode deals with serious themes, so you get a lot of value (seeing as the characters always solve the problem and teach the viewer a lesson) while staying hillarios and fun to watch! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

| This anime is so fun . This is the first time i see anime like that . If you are a Girl you love Fashion , Make-up and cute guys listen to this anime =). Boys if you like cute girl listen this =) but i think should prefer this than boy =)

| I've seen two episodes of this anime so far and from what I can see, this anime is fun and full of laugh.
While most of teenage anime show like Marmalade boy always put me into sleep, this one is actually fun and interesting to watch. And you'll learn something about Japanese teenager's daily life in Shibuya by watching this anime (pretty darn cheap if you think that I'm going to Shibuya by myself).
