| FMP!TSR OVA is an extra episode showing what a "typical" day is for Tessa in her ship. How would her day look like?
Kyoto animation, as always produced top notch quality, and as in the TV series, their high quality surpass most other anime out there.
The same voice cast and the same theme songs are used, so as from the TV series, great chemisty between each seiyuu is obvious in this episode also.
The story is where it is unique, and is both a good and bad thing depending on your view. On one hand, it is a great departure from the TSR series, and fall more inline with the Fumoffu series from a few years ago. Rather than a deep serious storyline, it focuses on the "daily" life on board the Dannan, with hilarious result. Early on in the story, one could already guess the ending, but it is more of the experience that matters. So while the story is decent, it is a bit hard to accept this light-hearted version after a much serious and epic story that happened in TSR.
Here we can see the life of Tessa, as she is the major character in this episode. While I can't say that she has developed much, we were able to see a little bit of her personal life and things that would delight fans of her. Most regular characters would play some part or a cameo in it, but this OVA is all about Tessa.
It is definitely served somewhat as a fan service episode for the fans of the FMP series. And one is not to take this episode seriously except to take a good laugh and have a little bit of fun after watching the epic battles in TSR.

| This is a one episode addition to TSR showing Tessa and Mithril personnel enjoying some R&R. It is very humorous and will keep you laughing till the end.

| Take the characters from FMP! TSR and place them all in funny and weird situations. Laughed so hard I cried on numerous occasions.

| The TSR OVA was a supplement episode released around 6 months after the airing of the original series. It is the telling of the events of Tessa's day off and her encountering with the staff of the Dannan. It starts of with Tessa sleeping half naked on the bridge and loosing her stuffed animal. The rest of the OVA is her trying to retrieving her toy. The OVA is a treat for all Tessa lovers as the OVA is a fun take, focussing ONLY on her throughout the 27 minute run. What makes the OVA even more enjoyable is the potrayal of the secondary characters. So we have Kalinin cooking, Gareoux watching anime, Mao training the M9s to do a tango and other short hilarious takes. Needless to say, the crew of the Danaan make a hilarious watch. There is not much story, but it makes a funny 27 watch which all FMP! would enjoy to the max. Recommended. as a side note, don't expect Chidori in this OVA. She doesn't appear in it.

| This anime can be described with only two words: "Tessa fanservice" what this anime does is give a glimpse at what a none-battle situation aboard the Danaan might look like, following Tessa in her quest to retrieve her lost teddybear.
This OVA, though it involves almost everyone onboard the Danaan, including minor characters such as Grouseaux and Kalinin. Though it is obvious that the OVA is clearly made for the Tessa fans, its watchable for everyone. It's focus lies in humor, rather then action.

| Über diese OVA-Episode kann man eigentlich kaum viel sagen. Es ist nichts weiter als ein zusätzliches Gimmick für Fans von Full Metal Panic in dem Tessa die Hauptrolle spielt. Tessa-Liebhaber werden sicher frohlocken denn Fanservice gibt es nicht allzu knapp und auch sonst wird der Charme ihrer putzig, tapsigen Persönlichkeit in den knapp 30 Minuten voll ausgespielt. Aber auch der neutrale FMP-Schauer kommt gut auf seine Kosten und vor allem derjenige dem die Second Raid-TV-Serie zu ernst war, wird sich freuen dass der typische Fumoffu-Humor mit dieser Episode wieder kräftig Einzug erhält. Kleine Gastauftritte von Sousuke, Mao, Kurz & Co. versüßen zusätzlich das Sehvergnügen und heben ebenso den Stimmungspegel (Grouseaux’ Auftritt mit seinem kleinen Anime-Dilemma gehört aber mit Abstand zu den witzigsten Szenen, hab lang nicht mehr so gelacht ^_^). Die Handlung dieser OVA ist nicht unbedingt bahnbrechend kreativ aber das fällt nicht weiter ins Gewicht da sie ohnehin nur Nebensache ist und hier ganz klar die Heiterkeit im Vordergrund steht. Nun ja, da ich ein großer FMP-Fan bin und nicht leugnen kann ein schamloses, kleines Tessa-Groupie zu sein hatte ich mit dieser Episode eine ziemlich vergnügliche Zeit. Wer auch nur eins von beiden ist dem wird sicher ebenfalls gefallen was er hier geboten bekommt. Das Motto dieser OVA lautet ganz simpel und eindeutig: Einfach zurücklehnen und Spaß haben!
