| This thing is completely pointless to watch. Nothing happens and the character interactions are non-existant. So let me save you some time and just summarize everything without giving away everything:
Oh, a meteorite is going to fall... a girl wants to find it. She goes around to some point and finds out it is prohibited. The next day she goes back and to the weird boy wearing a space suit in a planetarium, here is one of the first few words that an astronomy chick says: "You can't drink juice or kiss in that, huh?"
The first 13 minutes is spent on some crazed girl's ranting and expression of how much she loves the stars, then she meets this random guy in a spacesuit ... then we find out he's some foreign being from some random secret agent guy who appears and blabbers off various secrets to the girl and off they go.
Then they talk about the Flow light phenomenon and the point of this astronaut boy's missions. Then the girl is just hanging around and has some sort of boring self monologue and off she goes to chase after this alien guy she just me while he's doing some sort of synchrony thing. He starts doing his mission and he starts having some meaningless self-monologue about floating, dying and memories. Then he sees the girl in his dreams, wakes up and stuff flies out of the sky.
Done. Yah, it is just about as boring as my summary was bad.

| A girl who chases the stars and a boy who communicates with them spend a memorable night together. Aside from that the story left me with a lot of questions. Why does Ginga have this special ability? What exactly does his ability allow him to do? Why must he remain in that protective gear? None of that is answered so it seems like the only purpose of this show was for Kozue to show him that life has more to offer than his limited existence.

| The shortest movie I've ever seen. It was all right, I guess, but the length was severely limiting for the progression of the storyline.
It's a fairly nice, heart-warming story, but not really engaging. At times I felt as if it's just a crude summary of something we were supposed to already have seen (and this was just to clarify said past inexistent thing).
I think it could do with a little more elaboration, but if you have a short attention span and you like things to move quickly, then I suppose you can give this a try. Be prepared to be confused though.

| This anime didn't make a lot of sense. It was too short and nothing was really explained. I think if they developed the idea into a longer series it might be ok. But it wasn't a very interesting premise so maybe not. Over all I would say it is a waste of time and a waste of space on your computer.

| This 23min story is very short, and clearly there is not much story that you can add in it. Its just quite a nice time to spend 23mins. The story tries to be like voices of a distant start, but then it didn't manage that part. Its more like Beyond the clouds but a shorter version, with the girl now wants to see the comets, and ends up saving the boy. Its quite a nic eshort hope-love story with quite nice subtle colours used. Though mostly are black/dark colours, as you need it for the sky scene.
The story even though good, but has one part which is not told at all but makes the important part of it. This I think needs elaboration, but then its limited to 23 mins. so thats that.
Sound is nice, though there is very limited SFX. Mostly its seiyuu talking, with little BGM, and thats about it.
Its nice to watch since it does not disapoint, but then its no match for the two animes said before, so if you have other options, then watch those two animes.
