| Even though its only 1 ep(i think), i think it is really good. The story is different from the game, but i think this OVA is a good way to introduce people to this great series. The animation is great, really smooth and everything is nicely drawn. The music is one of my favorite things in Ar Tonelico. You cannot really get much story in one ep. The character's design is also great, but you dont get to know them enough in the OVA, too little details about them. There are probably some terms people wont understand unless they play the game, because it is not explained in the OVA which can cause confusions at times.
Overall i enjoyed this OVA really much. I really hope there are more eps because many things are left out, it doesnt seems right the way they ended.

| This short OVA had a really game-feeling to it, in that nothing is explained and you delve straight into the action. It's actually all about action rather than storyline, because being just about 24 minutes long, you can't fit much plot.
Character development was consequently sparingly done only, but it was sufficient just for that one episode. Character design was also very game-like, archaic and interesting, with beautiful clothes and colors all around.
One thing that got on the bad side of me were those perversions or incidents of 'sexual connotations'. I mean, it's one episode long for goodness' sake! And it just HAD to contain some form of perversion! Ugh!
Nothing to say about the story, except that this OVA seems purely promotional (what other purpose can it hold?). Sound not memorable, value not high because only one episode long and not very story-packed or deep. Enjoyment was pulled down by that stupid feat that the producers dared to try with those sickly perversions, that were absolutely unnecessary in the situations in the OVA.

| This anime is based on a game, which I have not played yet. All games should be like this. Good 1 episode anime's.
The first thing you will notice is the sound. Very good. The seiyuu is ok, but the BGM is the best.
Story is too short for one 24 min ep. Some characters which do come out in the end make no appearance in the anime. And because of this, the story even though makes sense, dos not tell everything. Maybe the rest is meant for the game?
Character designs are quite nice. Something out of Final fantasy+thousand arms.
Its nice to watch, and 1 ep does not spoil anything though. The only problem is it could be more. There should be more eps. It looks promising, but then it just had to end.
