| From the point of view of a very biased Sailor Moon fan, this movie is wonderful ^_^ I've yet to comprehend the purpose and origin of this movie, as although Naoko Takeuchi had made very beautiful drawings for her infinity artbook of Badiyanu, Peruru and the other fairies, there isn't actually an original manga storyline for what happens in SuperS and I've never had an impulse to do a further search!! If you want to see some of the most breathtaking animation ever seen in Sailor Moon and a sweet, yet sinister version of the Pied Piper, then look no further than this movie ^_^
OK, so being a sucker for these kinds of things, I just HAD to look into the origins of Badiyanu and from what I can piece together I think I may have discovered who Badiyanu is:
She is supposedly the wife of Pharoh 90 (the evil entity created by Chaos in the S TV series) and at the end of S, the chasm caused by him is called the Black Dream Hole (although to be honest I never remember it being called that). Anyway, whether it's revenge for him, or what I'm not sure, but I think you're supposed to assume it's something to do with the S series rather than SuperS. I cannot find out anything from the mouth of Naoko Takeuchi, so this is all supposition ^_^

| Beginning with children singing about sweets and fairies, the Sailor Moon SS movie is definitely the most....sugary of the three movies. It’s also the weakest for a variety of reasons. For starters, Chibi-usa, the worse character in the meta-series, gets all the screen time. For two, there's a bit too much talk about Sugar Energy. Don't get caught watching this alone. For three, the Peter Pan concept gives yet another excuse for Chibi-usa to hog the screen. The goods are that Uranus (she's not supposed to be in this) appears about thirty-five minutes into the movie. Unfortunately, she only has one line. Last but not least, the songs are catchy. Hey, shoot me but I like the flute. If you're desperate for a Sailor Moon fix, I recommend this. Just know that this is the weakest movie while the S movie is the best.

| Didn't like it as much as I thought when I used to watch it. The regular and the new scouts from this series are in for a bind of when these children are taken from the Black dream hole. In a way, it wasn't as great for its concept, but it was mostly had a role with Chibi, which is a character who I really don't like in any series, that seems to also part of the action of trying to find the problem of these followers to the ship of their own will on when they go astray from the middle of the night. Might've been good for the younger people, but kind of average for making this into some movie.

| Very good Sailor Moon movie. I love the surreal feel that is achieved with the Dream hole plot. It was good to see most of the scouts reunited, Pluto's voice in the dub is hideous thoug especially when she does the Dead Scream!!!! Great animation and great storytelling make for quite an enjoyable Sailor Moon movie.

| The SuperS series of Sailormoon is by far the most exotic and strange, and also the least liked. The SuperS movie follows the same path.
There is a kind of warped childishness about SuperS that occasionally makes it disturbing, but rarely is there much depth to back it up (this is SM we're talking about here).
The Black Dream Hole aspect of this film, however, gives the finale of this film a little more weight than the previous one. This time there really _does_ feel like peril. Having Uranus, Neptune and Pluto in the film also doesn't hurt.
But as with most team anime, this film spends too much time reaffirming friendship, teamhood and the ultimate power of dumb blondes. ;)

| One of the best, in my opinion, anime movies ever. Sailor Moon is popular for a reason, because it's GOOD. The movie animation is much better than the TV series, especially the first couple of seasons. The story is very sweet, it's one of those mushy heartwarming type movies, as most Sailor Moon related things are. But I think mushy things are much better than pointless repeditive seasons of blowing things up. (example, DBZ.)
Save your ears and watch this uncut and subtitled. The Japanese voice actors bring so much more emotion to the story. And you won't have to hear any of that "mini-moon" crap.

| Dieser Movie hat mir im Vergleich mit den ersten beiden am wenigsten gefallen. Hier ist die Story am schwächsten und dank dem Auftritt SÄMTLICHER Sailor-Senshis bekommt man schnell einen heftigen Charakterüberschuss. Überhaupt kann man sagen das der Movie kompletter Kitsch ist und auch die Message mit Träumen der Kinder ist nicht sonderlich beeindruckend. Positiv fallen die bisher besten Animationen, für Sailor Moon überhaupt, auf und der Soundtrack bietet einige nette Titel. Ansonsten kann ich diesen Movie beim besten Willen nicht empfehlen, sollte man KEIN SM-Fan sein wird man hier schon nach wenigen Minuten die Nase voll haben und das Handtuch werfen!

| The third Sailormoon movie, and again, really recommended if you're a Sailormoon fan as I am. The basic plot is simple with the evil Queen again trying to take over the world, but the plus of this movie is the relationship development between Usagi and Chibiusa.
A definite upgrade compared to the horrible SuperS series.

| After watching Sailor Moon SS, I decided that it wouldn't be too bad to see the other movie. If you like Sailor Moon, you should have no problem with this whats so-ever. But if you utterly detest it, you might think twice before watching it... The animation quality is still pretty bad, and there is few improvements to the aspects that need them. The story wasn't to bad though, and even though it had many bad areas, I still managed to enjoy it!
