| I'm not going to rave about what a wonderful continuation of the anime series this OVA is, because it isn't that wonderful! I'm not saying I didn't enjoy it, but it lacks somewhat when you compare it to the TV series and unlike a lot of Sailor Moon extras, like the movies and the specials, this isn't that exciting!
The one thing that stands out for me is the ultra short transformation scenes and the instant attacks without the need for boring power ups!!
Good to watch after the TV show, but not as a stand alone OVA.
