| Its a loli fest in this. All the girl characters are small girl characters with very good design. Thats the best thing about the charcters. The catergory of the anime is comedy, but its not really a comedy anime to me. More like it fail to connect. The jokes are there but then notmal people could not appreciate it.
The sound is there, most of the time you would be listening to the seiyuu rather than the BGM or SFX since the loli seiyuu works. The story is not really good at all. More like a cause and effect story line, with most of the time you would not know the cause is.
Characters are composed of tons and tons of loli characters, even the side characters are mostly small girls. Designwise ok, but other than that nothing.
I am not sure why would you want to see this anime. There are lots more of comedy based anime's out there. This does not work that well.

| Kaaawaaaiiieeeee This show is all about cuteness and loli fest.
I don't give a s**t about net BLOG or net sevior or anything that they trying to do. The main attraction of this are 3 chibi girls and all the cuteness. Nothing can beat loli feat with a good magical transformation. Loli is all it matter, not story, not plot, not development, JUST PURE LOLI FEST! There's also funny scenes now and then. The jokes are pretty funny once you get it. Hmm.. Hmm.... Well that's pretty much it for Netrunmon. Someone should reall make a wallpaper for this series thou.. so cute.
The Animation is superb on the smoooth CG, althou there's not much of original work and boss mosnster and how they defeat it kinda lame but it's still looks cute overall. Even the guy chars made well using the same kind of CG. CHIBI RULEZ!
If you like cute character with a bit of pervert excitment, I remcommence you to this cutie series. It's short but it got feeling and it feel like we really get to see everyone in action(kinda). Anyway.. worth a shot, give it a try :D
BTW: The Producer(Poyoyon Rock) of this movie was the one who directed the famous Popotan series :D Expect the Cuteness!

| This anime is a parody of the characters in the Internet, and it is not a kind of anime you enjoy the story. Whether you can enjoy this anime or not depends on how well you know the character and how much you love it. Because I know some of these characters, I enjoyed it.
The ending music is nice, but not so attractive. However, the characters are acted by popular voice talents and they play well.
This DVD is sold at the price of 5,000 yen, and it comes with a doll of "Nin'i-tan" and a mouse pad. I don’t think the DVD itself worth the price, but if you want the other stuff it might be reasonable (?).
