| This is a really strange anime.
It's a Tamers-Like anime, but it have a lot of cultural references about the Onmyou-do and the Shikigamis.
The animation is Ok, sometimes the charactes seems different, like in the second summon animation of kogenta.
The sound is also ok, the sound inside the anime seems the same of many others shonen anime, but the 3rd Ending sucks really bad.
The story is verry well done, because since the begining there are some things to create the final plot, and the plot-twist are verry well done... but for me the Story is a little lamme.
What i hate was the characters development, because in the begining without understanding anything they act like it was an every-day event.
In my point of view, this is the best Tamers-like anime series.
If you read this review to think about watch this anime or not, dont think it twise and watch it.

| ok...the animation is good; i like how there is always these japanese characters everywhere during attacks and stuff too. it looks pretty original also.
i only started watching this because the tiger thingy looked kool, but now that i am into the story and stuff i can't stop watching it... it has the same effect on me as digimon and pokemon did; i know it should be dumb, but i CAN'T LOOK AWAY!! help me...
ok really, this show's not that bad. its not very original, but the characters are kool/funny and its fun to watch ^^
i only wish the main character was more..."outgoing","spunky",or at least "interesting". well, the secondary characters make up for his lack of personality at least...
...oh yeah, one more thing to add: if you hate repetitive "battle mode" intro's (like the sailor moon transform thingy or the digivolving sceens that appear EVERY time something digivolves...) then you may not like this show because they do that ALOT. its kind of annoying, but i've gotten used to it by now ^^

| I've watch 47 episodes so far, let me say this if you're into Gash Bell you'll be easily drawn into this. I'd say quite an upgrade from Ash Ketchum and Pikachu wouldn't you say?
Not only does it feature action in almost every single episode, but good deal of chemistry of the casts, pinch of romance, friendship, awesome magic moves, and good amount of mystery to keep you wanting to see more.
They do pull that Trigun effect though you'll know what I mean when you watch this. There is also that comparison to the Inuyasha being the Shinigami is cat like, but that's where the comparisons end. This is completely cool on an uber level.
P.S. Excellent soundtrack!
