| ~Remember my memories~ is the "sequel" to To Heart, and surprisingly enough - the sequel is actually much better than it's predecessor!
The "great" part of this anime is the relationship between Akari and Hiroyuki, which is one of the two main storylines throughout the episodes. If I could rate THIS story alone, it's work 10 for story, character, value, and enjoyment - easily. A concluding ending is also present, for once. Thank you!
The other main story is the difficulties of the maid robot Multi - and I had a much more difficult time to enjoy this side of the anime, which is why the "overall" grades goes down a notch. I have some difficulties empathizing with robots, even if they look like cute giggly teenage girls.
Side characters are present, and they are interesting. The best character is definitely the black magic user, whose name I don't recall. I even liked all side characters, which I normally don't.
Animation and sound are nice but I've seen better.
Overall - if you like romance, watch this.

| Animation is colorful and clear. Back ground is detailed and clear enough to capture the sceneries of real life Japan. Background and weather also changes along with the mood as it changes.
Music is pleasant and has an aesthetic feel. The music in this anime is well incorporated during the show, and there's lots of it to affect your mood. I think the into song is overused when they played it everytime before each show ends, but on the other hand, it gives a great feel. Botht he opening and ending songs aren't bad.
The story, I thought, wasn't exceptional. There was a love story, and some challenges to the main character, but it all seem too expected. There's nothing original, and the love between Akari and Fujita was too slowly introduced. Thus, I found it boring in the beginning, and didn't find anything to my liking.
Each character had their own goal and their own way of doing things. Each character was unique in their own way, and played vital parts in this anime. Even though, characters lack deep development. I felt like I only discovered the surface of what they are.
For value, I didn't find this anime to be a collectable item. The series is short, so there weren't much in-depth things. It's the usual "What should I do?" situation and seems like many other anime I've watched. This anime wasn't anything special or revolutionary, and thus feels like another "passer-by" series.
I didn't enjoy this series in the first half, because it was boring. In the second half, things pick up and become interesting. For example, childhood friend and love, other competitors for love, and Fujita's and Akari's choices to stick together. There is also one thing unexplained: How did that girl with the supernatural power get her power?

| Great Anime! I have been watching many dating/romance Anime and was getting tired of those. However, To Heart seized my attention in the 1st a few episodes ever since the first season. The second season goes much deep into the story and the characters better developped. You'd expect this type of anime to be a guy being popular among girls and all the "confession" things but it's not. There were not much of that and the story much deeper than just mere boy-girl romance. Story is NOT cliche but very original. Especially Multi, the robot girl plays an intergral part of this series, especially the second. There are many heartwrentching moments in both series and you see how the characters fight for their goals as they see how Multi strives to become a "good robot" but really she tries to become a "girl". Now think of it, Multi is very similar to Pinochio but yet very different in personality. I think this story has more moral implications such as how we can become lost in our selfishness or jealousy. Well, you have to see it yourself to understand.
SIDE REMARK: To Heart 2 which is made in 2005 has ABSOLUTELY NO relationship to this one or its sequal (hint: stay away from that one).

| To Heart ~Remember my Memories~ is a good, concluding sequel to the first installation of To Heart. It's a light-hearted anime, innocent and nice to watch if you want a break from other hardcore action and gory anime.
It centers on a bunch of friends who are in their last year of high school, the main characters again being Hiroyuki, Akari and the robot maid, Multi. This sequel is a bit more emotional than the first, as the feelings between Hiroyuki and Akari become clearer and stronger.
We also get to watch the development of the characters, including the side ones, as they move forward and think of what they want to do in their future.
Don't expect any impact or excellent stuff from this anime, as it is not that outstanding. The animation is not as good as the first To Heart, the faces sometimes look distorted. But story-wise, it's worth a watch.

| The sequel to the original To Heart anime finally has a definite conclusion. Just like the original, it starts off slow and moves at its own slow pace until the end. But unlike the first anime, this time there is a lot of emotion involves in the latter half of the series when the love finally open and flourish to the viewers.
The animation is one of the most dissappointing aspect of this anime. Maybe because it is done by a Korean studio, maybe they're trying a new art style, but the end result is awkward and lack the warms-your-heart-cutness that was present in the original To Heart. The drawings are inconsistent, and the characters are too jagged to be cute looking. This becomes obivious when you look at both series at the same time.
The seiyuu is good for the main characters, they provide good emotion and feelings very well. But the supporting characters are only average and lack individuality. While the OP music is good, the problem with it is that even though it is a good piece of music to use in the touching moments, using that same song every time does gets a bit repetitive.
The story is excellent, it starts off slow and kind of side-tracked by other characters, but once we have reached the second half, the main storyline picks up and the emotion will run high. The ending is quite satisfying and it actually gives a nice conclusion. But I wish they could've shown what the endings for others instead of just the main characters.
While the main characters are nicely explained and showcased, the side characters did really little in character developement and looks rather flat and useless at times. But it doesn't really matter because only the main characters counts towards the ending, which is a good focus.
Overall, you must really like the first To Heart to really able to grasp all the feelings conveyed in Remember My Memories. The love triangle are nicely done and there is actually a conclusion unlike other dating animes. If only they still use the older art style, because I certainly did not enjoy the animation in this one.

| Some fans of the original might be disappointed that To Heart's sequel is about drama and deep love relationships. Though that still doesn't effect the overall quality of it all. To Heart: Remember my Memories is an emotional love triangle story that all romance loving fans should watch. Leaving off where the original ended, Hiroyuki, Akari and the gang are all in their next year of high school. Life seems great, but unexpectedly, Multi, the maid robot, is serving for the students in the school! However, over the course of the year, she's lost her memories. Hiroyuki has commited himself to making Multi a happy person, but as he goes further down the road with her, his relationship with Akari drifts farther apart.
Like most animes out there, it starts off rather slow, building up for something better. Remember all the hopeless girls that Hiroyuki treated? Somehow they've all came together to become good friends. Though what's even more rewarding is how everyone's relationship is connected with each other, which is unraveled much later on. The story in the perspective of a love romance is really stellar and amazing. However, what might annoy you is how easily the phrase "I love you" is thrown around. 20 different people must have said that to each other in the final five episodes alone.
The animation has improved by a large margin compared to its predecessor. The eyes of Akari and Multi especially are really convincing, emitting a great amount of emotion within them. The only thing I have against it is that Hiroyuki doesn't look like himself at all. At first I didn't know who the hell he was, until a girl yelled out his name. Also, what's annoying is how the opening theme plays at the end of every episode. Once in a while when an event occurs is good enough, but not in every episode. Good thing the anime is only 13 episodes long.
Overall, Remember My Memories does move at a much faster pace compared to To Heart, but that doesn't deny how great it is. You might get a little bored of it within the first couple episodes, but does get much more interesting after that, and you'll just want to continue watching until the very end.

| After 5 year of waiting they finally put an end to this series. I don't really remember the original but I like it enough to check this sequel out.
To Heart ~Remember my Memories~ focus on Multi and conclusion to the main couple romance. We finally see what make Multi tick and who build her in the first place. Story evolve her this time and she is a main star. I believe they got the same pace as the original season. Going easy and solves problem a long the way. A lot of 'girl' friendship, purposely to finish with all side characters so no one would complain. A lot of confessions too. I like the yuri feel in it.
Maybe I like this because I don't really remeber the first one and I'm sure don't really root for Akari cuz I really don't like her in the first place. My focus is on Multi and god answer my wish. I'm a happy man.

| To heart is one of those animes that you can just say 'ah...'
Its very cutesy so it isnt for everyone. The story in To Heart RmM is well written with good dialouge but can be alittle slow at times, It is a romance / drama so its normal. Characters most of them are well develope with a good feel of realism, sound is very good while animation is good though most of the characters could show alittle more expression on their face.
Overall To Heart RmM is a good anime. I liked it, its very friendly and addicting. Though i didnt really want to watch it on the first episode, i got to like it.

| I haven't watched the original to heart series, but if it was about the same as this, I don't think I'd like to.
The whole story premise, despite the name, is beyond just Multi regaining herself in her memories. It also includes the side stories and such of the other characters, and it is quite humorous at times, and not too angsty.
What bothered me was the animation. Compared to the cute-ish designs of its predecessor (Which I see through Screenshots), this one was rather... Kanon-estque, but in a bad way.
In all, Watch it if you're a fan of the genre, but I wouldn't reccommend it otherwise.

| I watched the first series about three or so years ago. Honestly, I was expecting alot. I had seen the game before and read up on the characters. In the end, I was left disappointed with the first series. I felt that it just introduced the characters and left you hanging. This is not the case in "Remember My Memories."
For me, this is what the first series could have and should have been (in my opinion). You get to see how the characters trully feel, where they are headed or are trying to get to. I don't want to reveal too much, so please watch this series and see it for yourself.
All I know is that after episode 3 or 4, I found myself not being able to wait for the next episode to air.

| Well, from what I got from the first episode, it's going to be based around Multi, this time around. All they really did was inntroduce the plot... so I'll probably end up changing this review later on.
The animation is what you'd expect, the op/ed were okay, not bad, but not great. And, of course, the story SHOULD be great. From what I got from watching the first episode, it might even be better than the original. =)
I'm assuming that Akari, Multi, and Hiroyuki will be the main characters, whom are my favorite characters from the manga/anime.
Over all, you'll enjoy this sequal if you saw the original, but probably won't if you haven't... in that case, go grab it, you won't be disappointed.
