| This is a kind of yokai, or monster, manga, but this isn’t too horrible. Some monsters look fearful, but most of the episodes are rather heartwarming stories. The elder sister can see the monstrous being that common people can't see, while the little sister has a constitution easily haunted by monsters. Because of their abilities, they often have troubles, but they help each other to solve them. The story takes place in the pastoral place in Japan, and it makes the reader feel calm. There is no battle in the series, and if you expect a shaman-fight-against-monsters type manga, you’ll be disappointed. The story drawn in the series is almost just the sisters’ daily life. The monsters they encounter are not very popular, and I didn’t know more than half of them.
