| A fairly odd one, I never found myself liking this movie because of the annoying and less-appealing main characters. I always had a feeling that it resembled to the "Charlie’s Angels" when watching it, so that was big let down on my taste. I guess that this one would be better if it could have less comedy on it, since didn’t really made me laugh the whole time. I guess the only funny part during the time was when they usually don't like being called the "Dirty Pair", which is the only thing I can remember of it.

| Erm...yeah. These two girls fight a mad scientist, the one with the red/pink hair falls in love with some guy, and there-s a bottle of wine involved...
This must be one of the worst anime movies I-ve ever seen. No, really! It was all about the action... scarcely clothed women against weird plant-like (or something) beeings created by a very senile looking (and mad, I must give them that) scientist. They receive the (un)wanted help from a guy that is a thief, and is after a bottle of some wine from the time of De Gaulle (the french general).
Well, this is just a plotless movie, with big guns, explosions and silly characters. Not worth anyone-s time, I believe.

| Mindless action movie with no coherent plot. there is some good fun to be had if you can disengage some of the higher levels of the your brain, and just watch it for the action.
Here we have your Dirty Pair girls, shallow as ever, with a love interest thrown in, some mutating Aliens, a mad scientist, and his trustworthy butler, and some rare expensive metal and wine.
Stir well, and don't forget the olive.

| Average movie, maybe a bit better than that, probably really, really good for the 1980s, but now it is just ordinary. the quality of the animation of this was quite nice indeed, back in those days, this was probably a real treat for the eye, now it still look like what a 1980s good movie should look like.
The story tells Kei and Yuri back in action, before the Dirty Pair Flash OVA, this time, Kei’s very much the softy IMO, falling in love and all, I won’t spill too much beans here, but a nice change, still though, not enough worked in that area, which did ultimately leave me disappointed.
The sound was PURE classic 80s Techno, hell yea, I love it quite a bit, it was well worked into the story and the on-goings of the screen too. Great job.
There’s a male characters in this of course, and this time, he’s pretty cool, it was more of a trio anime than a duo anime, which was also different from the TV series (most of it anyways).
Did not surprise, but did not disappoint either, the story wasn’t that good IMO, quite a bore if you ask me. Still if you have come as far as me, having watched ALL of the TV series and the DPFlash OVA, then you really do need to see this, not the mos exciting movie, but still, nothing’s perfect.

| I watched it, and it was pretty forgettable. Dirty Pair pretty much is a cult phenomenon, and it's worth knowing just for historical reasons. They may not have started the girls with guns genre, but they were certainly symbolized it for years. But this movie is strictly mediocre. But hey, kinda in a good way...I seldom regret watching an anime with a barebone story and lots of explosions, after all. Who knows, maybe you'll enjoy getting the nerdy Dirty Pair references when watching Star Trek: The Next Generation.

| As much as I've tried to like Dirty Pair over the years (I mean, two girls with very little clothing doing violent things to nasty reprobates.... what is there not to like? ;) it has always been the case that the reality has not matched the expectations. As a series, it never really gelled in an overall sense, and as a series of oavs it also struggled (even though it DID have its good moments in both).
As a movie we get exactly what we expect from a Dirty Pair movie.... Something that doesn't quite match the expectations of something that is made for the big screen. Sure, it has a plot that is slightly more serious than that which has gone before, but one gets the opinion that the producers are really aiming low.... If they intended this to be the first in a series of DP movies, then it is pretty average effort at best.
Flight 005 certainly put the nail in the franchise's coffin before it was reborn as DP Flash.
Overall, this is a decent movie made average by the producers' lack of imagination.
