| From what I got from the last series, this was looking grim for me from the word go, and it stayed that way.
Marginally better than the last series, in terms of animation and picture quality, but the story was still as bad as it used to be. There was no reason for me to really watch this. Having said that I did, due primarily to curiosity.
I mentioned the interesting character design from last series, this is transferred to this series, but as I also mentioned, this type of animation should be rid of those weird characters, hentai should, for me, stick to humans. Of course if your fetish is otherwise, this could prove a treat, with many scenes of insects galore, including pregnant women giving birth to caterpillars.
Wasn’t something for me and I acknowledge that fully. Add 3 – 4 points on top of my review score if this is your sub-genre. For the others, this would only serve as a inappropriate novelty item in your collection.

In fact, there probably isnt, which means that this Hentai ended in a disapointing way. Ok, it IS a hentai, but to be fair La Blue Girl Returns has turned out to be fairly entertaining, and not from a perversion standpoint. I've only watched a few Hentais in my life since they don't really turn me on - their main purpose. Hence I haven't reviewed many either. Still, I was entertained by this one in the same ways that I would be entertained from a normal anime.
This one actually had a story that had a fairly intriquing premise, unfortunately its still trying to please your lower regions and not your brain...so it still was very thin. Story just ended, nearing the climax (no pun intended) as well so I had to deduct from its already on-the-low-end-of-okay standing. Characters were of course, brainless and created for previously mentioned purpose.
Animation was great looking. Even the action scenes (and I mean fight scenes here..) were well animated.
Overall, yes this is still hentai dung...perverted but is presented in a fashion that seems different from the rest I've seen. Despite this, I wouldn't reccomend this to any sane person.
