| Havent watched the anime yet (195 episodes are too many) so I opted for the much better manga instead.
In my opinion this title is much better than Ranma, both in design (though it is older) and humour (some moments were really funny).
This is R. Takahashi at her best.
The concept couldnt be funnier. The characters are one of the craziest and wackiest I've seen.
Now one main problem is the length. Over 34 volumes, surely some chapters are from mediocre to boring but this is probably due to the length. I'd suggest for optimum fun to read 2-3 volumes a day and then it will be one of the most enjoyable titles around.
There isnt a single story, except the last volume and mostly we have multiple stories consisting of 1 to 6 chapters.
Though I heard that not all chapters were published by Viz so I relied on scanlations by ILM and Mangaproject that had some extra chapters.
If you're a fan of the mangaka and liked Ranma this is another must-read and perhaps you'll find it even better.
No need to describe the characters but similiarities to Ranma are obvious in some points. Really this is the apex of the mangaka. One of the best comedy mangas around.

| This is a very funny manga book series. This is my first set of manga books so this also means you pobably ain't gonna found it. (Well it'll be almost impossible to found something this old.) ^_^
Basically you get all the comedy and some romance and some stupidity drama. Good set of book indeed. =)

| I love this manga a lot. It just, makes me cry, especially the fight b/w Ataru and Ten-chan.
I also like the anime. It's not as funny as the manga, but it got good voice actors (especially Lum's) and cute sound effects.

| The first (and last) manga I've read. I read it when I was 13 and I've been trying to look for it since. It's hillarious! Just about every genre is in this manga. Comedy, romance, drama, echii, it's all here, and it's all good. I don't have much respect for the anime though, simply because it's not as funny as the manga.
