| Think DBZ+Inuyasha. I'm only basing this review off 1 eps.. But I haven't been this excited to review an anime in a long time. This is a very shounen anime. But it succeeds where animes like Beet the Vandel Buster and Gear Fighter Dendoh failed. Those animes look good for about 10 mins. then they start sucking. I was entertained throughout this whole episode. If you don't grin at least once at the sheer crazyness of this anime then you gotta be VERY emotionally shallow. I was giggling lots of times throuout the eps.. The overall dialog, feel, and the little girls in this anime are very kawaii. I had to dock it a couple of points for some reason though... read on...

| It's a bit tough to review this anime now, since I remember watching it when I was 6 (I swear it came out in 1990?), and so it holds a very special place in my heart (I also watched it in chinese, so some of my information might be wrong).
A kiddy anime, it nevertheless holds one of my favorite characters of all time (duodo~) and is pretty fun .n.n. Any serious parts are pretty stupid now...except for the ones with duodo! Because he's so CUTE!! .n.n.
The music isn't really stellar--I mean, it's been like ten years, but I find them very catchy nonetheless. I downloaded the opening theme (it's got this really catchy phrase in it, and I remember that part with duodo going around in the background .n.n.) and am currently looking for Boys Be Ambitious, the ending theme.
So would you like it if you watched it now? Well, assuming you're a teenager, probably not as much as I do...and even if you did, you'd be too embarrassed to admit it (the main character Wataru is a total wuss) I'd watch it with a little kid though

| Another lame mecha series. This one must have the worst drawn mecha ever. Well animation in general is crappy, the main chars voice is annoying and the story is the same over and over again, meet boss - act tough - beat boss. Well it was most likely intended for kids anyway...
Nope boring, there are alot better mecha series out there, better take a look at those

| I *think* this is a sequel to a series i liked, can't be sure cuz I only recognize the Kanji name so i can't find pictures or the sure romanji name for it (I'm chinese, and watched the chinese subtitled version) The original should be called something like Majin Eiyuuden about a 4th grader kid who is chosen to be the savior of another world. While everyone else has mechanical robots to pilot, he merges with a dragon and controls his with his mind.. i think. I know there's a sequal that has "Super" (Chou) in front of the name but I am certain that both were released before 1994

| Overall, it's a kiddy kind of show, repetative but enjoyable to watch.
It is the 3rd installment in the Wataru Series... Basically it's all the same, Wataru the Saviour goes back to the world (can't remember the name).
There, he goes from the lowest level of the mountain (again, cant remember the name, sorry) and as he defeats that level's boss, he gets to advance to the next level of the mountain (through a rainbow, no less) ^_^
Eventually, he gets to the top of the mountain and... the rest you get to see...
