when anime block was on shedule and i tried to do request (vip acc) i got msg taht my req would go over block, but i think that only uvips and svips can request in that block, queue was kinda free (about 10 requests)

That's what you should see if you're requesting an Anime OST that ends up in the Anime block (as only svip/uvip can request)...

It doesn't matter whether or not that block is now, and imho that should be clear enough; unless you have a better idea (note: the same result shows on normal blocks, where svip/uvip are also not allowed to request)...

idalgo [VIP] i'm not so familiar with request system, so i might get sth wrong ;]

anyway if its non request block (depends on acc type) then i hink it should write that i cant do request,
other thing is as you describe, when my req overlap block time, and then this msg is ok
