I was doing radio player for almost 4 years for certain anime/games related radio station which died 1.aug. And I feel the need to listen to something similar
If you are interested I can make radio player just for your station and I want nothing in return. (just to listen to it )
Now probably a question pops up, "why not winamp or something else" ?
Well , personaly I like to have my radio player in the TRAY with ability to request and rating songs and other cool featuers. And I bet I am not alone.
If you are interested leave me a PM and we can work on some API.
Link to my page is in my profile.

Yhn [Mehsi's Knight of Twilight]
Just as many feature requests, I usually only leave replies if the request is in any way invalid, or when it's sure that it can and will be done.
As for this; currently there is no solid API available that would allow a certain client, hence no reply.
Should the API be available, which should come with documentation and some other stuff; it could be possible for you to make such an application, but it would be considered completely 3rd party.
So if you're interested in making something, I'd advise to wait for such an API (otherwise it'd be impossible to make and support anyways, imho).

I do have a working app that I'm using personally - a tiny, very basic .net prog i wrote for myself that hides in the systray when I don't need to see it.
it's easier to list what it can do:
show name/artist - a cute little marquee that occasionally glitches out, too lazy to find out why.
save/load last used stream address
hide in tray
i do have a version where ratings and detailed song info (as is available in the /nowplaying.php html reply) but I cannot release the source/binary for that version because it's too easily modifiable into a "rating farmer" tool.
do you want the player without the module that pulls info from /nowplaying.php though? happy to provide that.
