  New Moves *spoilers*
It is so weird, in this anime
they randomly throw new moves in without
showing how they got them
for example in episode 172, tony tony chopper gets this cross move
when he fights the Heaven Gods

also, i never knew where zorro gets his sky air cut where he can do long distance attacks this is around episode 167

also.. far more earlier, i dont know where luffy gets his Gomu Gomu Axe (the one where his two feet are pressed together)

only nami or usopp show where their weapons come from.

i was really glad when i was nico robin finally finally fight seriously
although i read somewhere that she has limit number of hands depending on her concentration, but i think i saw like her doing a 500 hand thing !

as you watch it , want to help list where their new moves appear?

Episode 178 - Zorro uses a new move with his 3 swords to defeat the God's Army. It flips the cloud sword back at the guy with 4 long distance shots.

Episode 183 - Gomu Gomu no Octopus Rebound (self-named, this is what it looks like lol) and Gomu Gomu no Rifle (his arm goes into a corkscrew and makes the guy spin) i forget if it shows up earlier though.

 I think the reason that we "never" see see them learn new abilities is because they make them up on the spot. Luffy attacks are only limited to his own imagination and need.

As we see in the fight between Zoro and Mr. 2, Zoro enhances so much during the fight that he is able to cut metal at the end...
