  Mashiro and Fumi (HEAVY SPOILER WARNING) Episode 21

Near the end of episode 21 Fumi and Mashiro confronts Reito. When Mikoto comes out and defends Reito, he tells Mashiro "Because if I were to defeated you, it would make your power as Child useless". So Mikoto is a HiME and defeats Fumi and Mashiro. So Mashiro is actually a Child? and Fumi seems to have that scythe which looks like a HiME weapon. So Fumi is HiME and Mashiro is Fumi's Child??? wow... Am I understanding this right?
By the way, I'm really disappointed that they didn't show the battle between Mashiro and Mikoto... Mashiro's Child form looked really cool...

The only problem I have with that conclusion is that Reito implies that Mashiro was the previous Kagutsuchi user when he says "Why are all Kagutsuchi users..." sometime during the last few eps (forgot which one). Because when he says that an image of Mashiro is overlain on Mai. Also, Mashiro's real body was in the crystal and Reito said that the previous "winner" of the HiME battle was absorbed into the crystal meaning that Mashiro was previously a HiME. Also notice that Mashiro was still in one peice during the final parts (hanging up in the wires) and did not burn up like a Child is supposed to when defeated. I can't, however, explain how/why she transforms.
