"Newest registered user" is broken

  "Newest registered user" is broken
I suddenly realized that the "Newest registered user" at the bottom of the index is broken. It might not look too good to new members if they see that the last user to register was cowboy, who joined 13 Feb 2007.

How it displays to me, at least:
Our users have posted a total of 255305 articles
We have 116706 registered users :: The newest registered user is cowboy (#118502)
Most users ever online was 461 on 16 May 2005 01:13

yes, it's been broken for years now. You can chalk that up to a screwed up forum code which has been modified heavily.
