Did you like Zero no Tsukaima? Did you like Zero no Tsukaima? I find it's one of the best anime series ive seen (not "the best" but id rate it at least 4.5 out of 5) Everything is well developed, it's just a shame the first series wasn't abit longer.

i'm moving this to the correct forum, but in the future please keep in mind that threads about a specific anime go in the anime discussion forum.

Haven't seen much of it. Basically just a couple of eps from season 1 and 3. And from what I saw, I wasn't really impressed. Maybe I should watch it more. But some of the voices irked me. In particular, I don't quite fancy whoever-she-was who also voiced for Shana. Not to mention her character was quite similarly hysterical to Shana.
Count me as neutral. I don't miss not having seen the anime in its entirety. Nor do I think those several nights I spent watching it a waste.

Okay, I'm going to put a disclaimer here, because I'm too lazy to go through my post and edit my wording. When I say something is good or bad, I'm not trying to impose those evaluations on anyone. I'm merely offering my personal opinion of Zero no Tsukaima 's quality. It's just my opinion, not the be-all-end-all of evaluation. This disclaimer is probably excessive, but I know that I get a bit upset when people call shows I like "bad," as opposed to saying "bad, in my opinion" or "I didn't like X aspect about [insert show]." Because I don't like it when others do it, I feel that I have to put in this disclaimer because I'm too lazy to go through and add "in my opinion" or whatnot to things. Even though it probably took more effort to write this disclaimer.
The last three episodes of Futatsuki no Kishi were good, with the exception of, like, the last minute. Other than that, it ranged from bad to decent. I dropped Princess no Rondo after episode 2 because I was not enjoying it at all.
I'm too lazy to write an actual review, for which I'd want to go back and rewatch it, but here are my ratings with a bit of rationale, based on my memories from five months ago:
Animation: 7/10 (Nothing special, but by no means bad. Color palette is bright, which I like. There's something I don't like about the way Saito's face is drawn, and some of the female characters' proportions are...a bit off.)
Sound: 7/10 (I don't really remember the sound, but nothing annoyed me or impressed me, whether it be in the BGM or VA department.)
Story: 5/10 (Decent setting, and there is, in fact, a lot of potential for a good story. However, potential is meaningless if it never really harnesses it. Instead, our time is wasted watching Saito get on Louise's bad side, while most overall progress made by the plot is essentially rendered meaningless in the end.)
Character: 4/10 (Louise is excessively abusive, and Saito's defining characteristic is his obsession with breasts of the large variety. You know, aside from his generic bouts of generic heroism. Such a waste of him being from an entirely different world. I'll admit that they do have their moments, but those moments can't significantly salvage the rating.)
Value: I still don't really know what this means.
Enjoyment: 6/10 (I didn't REALLY dislike it until Princess no Rondo , when it became obvious that no progress was being made and the stupidity was being maintained. Season one wasn't bad, although it wasn't great, either. Futatsuki no Kishi was actually fairly bad until the end of episode 9, at which point it suddenly became excellent until the last minute of episode 12, in which it undid everything those few episodes managed to accomplish.)
Heh, it occurs to me that that's probably a more thorough review than most here on AnimeNfo.

First season wasn't bad, second season was probably the best out of them, and the last season was disappointing. Overall, ZnT seemed like a decent anime to me at the time since I didn't watch anything much better at the time. Now that I look back at it, the minimal progress in the romance and him getting beat down by Louise constantly got too annoying.

The funny thing about the local free-to-air anime channel here was that they aired Zero season 1 some time ago, then they aired season 3, billing it as "same week telecast in Japan". Yeah, so what if I got to watch it within the same week as them Japanese do back home. Where's season 2? I don't remember them having aired season 2 locally.

They were aired each year, 2006 - 2008 I liked each season, season 3 was abit off due to the annoying ending, basicly it says "season 4 is coming out, wait for it !"
Why i like Zero No Tsukaima? becuase it's unique, the characters are developed very well, and it has that love hina feel. The landscape is based on europe, and the story is quite brilliant, it's not a serious anime, but more of a relaxing one that keeps you wanting to watch more. So now im waiting for the fourth season.
One of my favorite scenes here.

My Opinions on Zero no Tsukaima:
comedy 8/10 - some of the jokes dont have meaning unlike Top Comedies.
but I love their ecchi jokes.
ecchiness 7/10 - good ecc...ecchiness, there are some parts that are "short - out" . And its very provocative in a sense it becomes a bit H-like.
storyline 5/10 - I didn't like its fast pace storyline. But they did manage to make each episode interesting unlike Final Approach suxs like HELL. All of the Eps suxs in Final Approach.
characters 5/10 - the main thing that made it my five-out-of-ten is Louise.
she's more arrogant than Shana.
creativity 9/10 - it has good fantasy makes you feel you are the character. Good backgrounds and environments makes it good for fantasies.
