well the highlighted box tells the current block playing.

and lets say that the current time in your country is atm pm12:00
and the box is somewhere else than on the pm12:00 lets say like pm8:00
the u just need to do small math in order to get the time difference between your country and animenfo radios "time".

And to add to that:

N/R; means Normal Playlist/Request, everyone can request any song they want.
N; means Non request block. No one can request and random songs will be played.
N/R +7; means Normal Playlist/Request + 7, you can only request songs that have a rating of 7 and higher.
JPOP; means only Jpop songs can be requested. Only SVIP and UVIP can request.
JRock; means only Jrock songs can be requested. Only SVIP and UVIP can request.
Anime; means only songs that are from an anime can be requested. Only SVIP and UVIP can request.
Fav Song block: During this block fav songs from users are played. The list with fav songs is changed every 2 weeks. You have to wait until a mod/staff asks for your fav song on the chat. Or just ask around.
