First of all i love MMPPP! But second of all...it is Ruchia. Just look in the ending song of the anime or check the manga. It's a translation mistake because in Japan a R sounds like a L Smile

I like Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch because it has beautiful music, animation, and the romance is very cute! However, I don't see why they have to focus on the woman's chest, isn't this an anime series directed to the kids? Oh well, that's just my opinion.,
