i registered an account with animenfo radio, everything went smoothly, i ativated the acount and everything, but the form to fill in the user name isn't long enough, it dropped off one letter which meant i couldn't log in
the username was 'name_coming_soon'

The last coupple of days ive been listning,it'll all be going good then ramdomaly it'll just stop.The meida player says its buffering,but nothing ever happans.Then when i try to close it and reopen it,it says "one or more codec is required to play this ".So i have to restart my pc to get it to work agin.
Any idea whats causeing this?

I have no idea but I suggest you use winamp (http://www.winamp.com) or itunes if you have an ipod or something those seem to be the best media players for both mp3 and internet radio streams
p.s. I use winamp myself i never have any trouble with it

dont know maby its me but i cant seem to connect to the station,ive tried other my other players.
winamp says [ICY 401 service unavailable] just thought ide mention it

the now playing page dosent seem to be advancing , keeps reseting to 30 sec left of Two-Mix - Just Communication ~requested~....maby servers having some trouble tonight Surprised

mm, simular to the person above, when i play with VCL, it asks me to login, but i donno what the username/pw is..when i click cancel, it says i cannot connect...

is it just me or is it impossible to listen lol

I was listening to the radio then I think the song just stopped suddenly. I tried clicking on the server again, but it won't play anymore saying that it doesn't support the file type or the codec of the file when I used WMP and Realplayer tells me that the file may be corrupted.

Also, when I accessed the radio site, it kept repeating a song. It's called Kizuna by Orange Range. Is there something wrong with the radio right now?

Is this a problem with my computer or with the server itself?

It seems to be working fine for me at the moment so please try the following:

-download winamp
-open the media library with the "view" menu in the menu bar
-in the online services tab in your media library check the box for shoutcast radio and a seperate tab for shoutcast radio appears
-search for "animenfo" in the radio list

and olé! internet radio without using the website Smile

*raises hand* got the same thing here, playback stopped all of the sudden and i could reconnect and radio seems to be working fine...except the requests aren't coming through lol

umm i got a little prob not sure if its my side but yeah i was listening to music then it just stoped i thought it was cause i was plaing guildwars but then i looked at now playing and the song isnt changing getting error in winamp that it cant connect to server i checked if i was shaped but nope i can still get 200kbps so just wondering if the server went down not sure ill try restarting fingers crossed

Geez, sometimes everything just has to happen at the same time. Was a short power outage, and it was OF COURSE when i was sleeping. >>
So i just turned the server on again now when i woke up.

This is really strange... there are 114 listeners to the radio right now but i still get the error ICY 401 Service Unavailable for all the servers Its been like that for 30 mins now Confused

Ya, I think the Radio is down, I can't connect either, and when it does what it did to me, it usually is down. Also the song currently on keeps refreshing to 30 seconds left, like it does when its down.
