| In the year 2030, human beings have moved into great domes to survive. A far from perfect world, a terrorist group called Black Widow is enacting a plan to turn people into mindless slaves. To counter this threat, a sniper (Elle) and a young computer hacker are teamed up to stop the Black Widows.
However, there are problems. The government is full of corrupt officials, the leader of the Black Widows has some sort of special "device" and, Elle is extremely attracted to her FEMALE partner.
