| To deal with rising violent crime rates, it was decided to meet force with force. This led to a new breed of armed detectives known as "Butei".
Touyama Kinji is a student at Butei High, an institute which specialises in training and educating future Butei. Due to a certain incident, he had decided to transfer out to a number school.
However, before he could do so, Kinji becomes the target of a bomber whilst on the way to school. In that desperate situation, a beautiful girl had come falling out of the sky to save him.
Kanzaki H. Aria - She looks small and cute, but she's also the most gifted student at Butei High.
