| Humanity is being driven to extinction by the relentless attacks of other-dimensional beings known as "Nova".
Kazuya, a youth whose elder sister had died fighting against the Nova, has enrolled in a certain special academy. In this academy are the female student-warriors "Pandora" who possess within them the powers necessary to resist the Nova, as well as their male partners, the "Limiters". This academy is Genetics. It is here that these young men and women are groomed to develop their abilities with the eventual goal of combating the alien Nova.
Genetics has a tradition of total obedience by juniors towards senior grades. However, there is one person who is upsetting the current order. That person is Satellizer L. Bridgette, the strongest of the 2nd year students, known to all as the "Untouchable Queen" for her icy manner.
Despite all this, Kazuya finds himself drawn to her for she bears some resemblance to his deceased sister.
