| Tsudzuki Takumi lives with his stepsister, Otome, who manages a Western confectionary shop called Stray Cats. Since Otome is a good-natured but hopelessly clumsy girl, the shop is perpetually on the verge of bankruptcy. However, with the help of their neighbor and childhood friend Serizawa Fumino, the shop just manages to get by.
