Description

Keith Evans is a psychic who has been used and abused by the powers that be. Fed up with his treatment, he bands together with others of his kind and declares war on the humans, to create a nation of psychics. But thwarting his goal is his friend Burn Griffiths, a latent psychic unwilling to see freedom for psychics come at such a price for the rest of humanity.
