| Although the school concours is over, Hino Kanoko diligently continues to practice playing the violin. This is in order to close the gulf between her performance and that of the other participants of the concours.
With the start of the new school term, new encounters await Kanoko. Amongst the new people she will meet are the cold Etou Kiriya, the enigmatic Kaji Aoi, and Kira Akihiko, the new chairman of the school board.
