| There is a world similar to ours. A world in which magic exists. A world in chaos.
Magic. A mysterious power found in young girls, but which diminishes as they grow older. For those girls who possesses magic, they can move objects without touching them, fly through the sky, and create a protective field. They are called witches. Although they are held in respect and awe, their power is small and unstable. In addition, they are humanity's primary defense against further depredations by the mysterious Neuroi.
