| | Inspector Yakushiji Ryoko is an elite bureaucrat who has graduated from Tokyo University and has been appointed as a criminal councilor for the Police Office. She is a "perfect" girl; she is smart, a good athlete, and a woman of great beauty. However, her arrogant character spoils all her virtues, and they say even Dracula would avoid approaching her. An assistant inspector, Izumi Junichoro, pushed around by Ryoko, assists her in inspecting mysterious cases that cannot be explained by science.
