| The notorious criminal Kain, once captured through the joint efforts of the Jurai Royal Family and the Galaxy Police (GP), escapes from GP Headquarters. Around the same time, Tenchi's house on Earth suddenly disappears... and Tenchi himself is fading fast! It seems that Kain has gone back to the past to alter things in his favor. Tenchi and the gang must now travel back in time to 1970 in order to save Tenchi's parents from certain doom at the hands of Kain.
