| It was at the entrance ceremony of Sakakino Gakuen when Ito Makoto first met Katsura Kotonoha. For Makoto, Kotonoha is merely a student in the next class, a student who uses, rides and reads on the same train car as himself. He is interested in her, but she is only a girl whom he looks at from a distance.
There is a legend amongst the students…
"If one changes the background image on his cellular phone to a picture of whom he secretly loves, and if nobody discovers it for three weeks, one's love will be fulfilled."
Makoto thinks it ridiculous, but he changes the image on his cell phone to a picture of Kotonoha anyway. However, Saionji Sekai, a classmate next to him, happens to see the picture. That's how his faint hope is ruined on the first day. To apologize to him, Sekai offers to fix him up with Kotonoha…
Since that day, his tedious life begins to change…
