| Kita Michiru is a timid girl who has trouble communicating with her friends, yet she's able to connect with her classmates, Akatsuki Chika, and Tachibana Shito. They are celebrities because they miraculously escaped from a serious accident unharmed.
Michiru happens to see the rings of the dead on their necks. They notice that Michiru has the "eyes of Death," a fact which she hid from others until now, and they unveil themselves to be undead.
They work as bounty hunters, hunting evil zombies to repay what they borrowed to revive themselves.
Michiru refuses to become their partner, but cruel fate begins to move inexorably.
