| Rozen Maiden Ouvertüre takes place between the 5th and 6th episodes of Rozen Maiden Traümend. Just before the final round of the Alice Game begins, Jun buys Shinku a brooch which she rejects. Unable to understand why, Suiseiseki then tells him about the events of Shinku’s past which occurred during the late 19th century England which caused the bitter enmity between Suigintou and Shinku.
