Description

AD. 2034. It is two years since that riot of the refugees. Another command is given to the new Section 9 where 20 members including new members are working now. It is to suppress 13 terrorists with tattoo of a letter '梵'(*), who are holding hostages in an airport. This hostage event is related to consecutive suicide cases.

Being put into a corner, the terrorists kill themselves leaving a message that "Kugutsumawashi" will come. Meanwhile, other numerous affairs begin to occur. They notice the existence of a hyper wizard class hacker, "Kugutsumawashi" behind the affairs. The affairs occur one after another are going to link each other artistically.

Who is "Kugutsumawas'? Where has happened to Bato and Kusanagi? What is the relation between Kusanagi and Kugutsumawashi? And, what kind ending is waiting?
