| Narasakicho is a town near the seashore. In this town, there are two mysterious phenomena. One of them is a rainbow over the town that never disappears. Whenever one looks up, it is always there. The other one is a type of magic called "Gift." It is a miraculous present that one person can give to another once-in-a-lifetime.
Amami Haruhiko is a student who goes to Shimano Academy. One day, a student transfers to the school. It is his foster-sister. She used to live with him, but they had been living separately for some reason.
