| | There is a young who cultivate daikon, or Japanese radish, in Nerima, Tokyo. His name is Hideki. He has a dream to build a big dome in his daikon field to give a concert in the dome. He has partners, Ichiro and Mako. Ichiro works for a nightclub, "Echo DA, EKODA". Mako is Hideki's cousin and she used to be a pop idol. Also, there is a panda, but strangely enough, it likes daikon very much. These three guys and the panda form a musical group "Nerima Daikon Brothers". They are musicians, at the same time, they are the gangs for justice, who punish evils. They are fighting against evils with singing and dancing.
