| Since long time ago, there had been a war between the Evil God and the God of the Dragon. However, the war was settled by sealing the Evil God by a ninja of dragon who had the power of the God of the Dragon.
It has passed for several thousand years since then. In New York, a young ninja, Ryu, succeed to stop the plot to revive the Evil God, and now, he is enjoying peaceful days. One night he is attacked by men in black suits wearing masks. He notices that they are related to someone worship the Evil God, and he resolves his mind to fight against them.
