| There are two important DCs in the United States. One is Washington D.C. , the other one is Cleopatra D.C.(Direct Control).
Cleopatra is only a 16-year-old girl, but she is also CEO of a giant conglomerate, the Corns Group. When the founder of the Corns died, he left his last word to give his all inheritance to a mine worker, and it was Miss Cleo. The Corns is large financial group, and it equals to the US itself. When it comes to the point, she invokes "DC" that she can control not only the Corns but the United States Army.
