| Amamiya Saki is held captive in an inescapable prison for juveniles called "Hello Castle". One day, she is ordered to solve a theft case that occurred at a high school seven years ago. As a reward, her mother's execution will be postponed. She penetrates the high school, using only a yo-yo as a weapon, and solves the case.
However, blackmailed by the fact that her mother will eventually be executed, she decides to become Sukeban Deka, an undercover detective.
